House and Gold finch.. One is tiny, the other is smaller still..
I don't know what bird it is, but its orange feathers caught my eye.
Usually the birds wait weeks before using a new feeder. Not this feeder. Not this time. It was
covered with birds all day. And so was the other feeder I hung right next to this one.
New feeder, seed, and snow: they ate half the seed in one day.
