Rest soaked coffee bags on the rim to drip dry, add 3 cups filtered H2O, enjoy
400+ feet above the Pacific, the peak is 1667' above. Outside Manzanita,OR
Picked up 70# of 1/4" tempered glass bits and carried it to the garbage.
Moderate walk then Farmer's Carry at 95 F. I got tired of seeing the 16 sq ft spot of cool-blue busted glass in the park: probably from a lazy / crooked / never caught sleaze bag handyman. Probably 40' from the property where it came from.
Thursday: red/orange regions on map show running to get PTE=3
Higher PTE from higher HR for longer time: 100+ run segments w follow-on HR elevation. Run 100 get 200 wide HR elevation. Found a knee support with 7600 likes on AMZN. Running (for higher PTE) produces some knee pain.
Too slow up the vertical section: auto shutoff messed it all up.
Rode my mtb to SBUX for Cold Brew, started watch late at both ends.
The otter slide and Green Tree Rd are both slogs, but with a traverse here and there
A walk/run (200 yd run) in the park, at 86.7 F, which runs HR up.
Getting outside while I can: captivity starts in a month.
(tested Novaro sandal mod, passed the test)
Thistle: okay in the park.
A cup a day keeps OR in mind.
Pumphouse Trail may have something to do with these random flows.
Somedays bone dry, others this. Nice place to practice Japanese Garden design.
Dry Creek isn't, and it's mid July, with 100+ daytime temps.. Refreshing.

I rebuilt one of these (road killed, in a freezer, my lab partner was pretty pissed when I missed the thawing-out exercise, but I made it up to her by articulating the entire skeleton).
